• Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• In its original condition, with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return  
• Custom-made, altered, or personalized products.
• Items purchased during promotional sales or final clearance events.
• Accessories (such as belts, scarves, etc.) and undergarments for hygiene reasons.
